 Branches to send Form B2 to DGM(CPP) HO to create Authorizers by
name at Branch through their Controlling Authority
(usually two
authorizers other than INB officer at Br.). On transfer, the Authorizer
should be deleted. Two authorizers are required to authorize the rules of
the Administrator of the Corporate and any modification in rules.
 BM of the Branch needs to introduce authorizers by designation and their
ID/PW is to be held in sealed cover in Branch Document. (Important:
After first login, when the system will force change of User ID/PW, the
branch authorizer should not put his personal name as User id)
 The INB officer will receive Form CINB- C1 to C5 from Vistaar (Freedom)
Corporate Customer duly signed by the signatory and key in the details
after verification for similar Corporate Name in the database as per C1.
The Regulator & Administrator (s) should be keyed in from C2 & C3
respectively with addresses for dispatch of ID/Password. From Vyapaar
(Privilege) customer forms C1,C3,C4 &C5 have to be obtained and from
Khata (Advantage) customer only Registration form is to be obtained. All

 System automatically generates Corp. ID No. after details are keyed in.
Branches to inform Corporate ID in form B1. There is no Corporate ID
Number for Khata (Advantage) customers.
[Pl. note only one Regulator for a Corporate under Vistaar (Freedom).
There can be one or several local administrators. However, there can be only
one Administrator for one account (customer number). The user_id once
created and linked to accounts cannot be changed in future. Hence, it is
suggested to have user_id for Regulator and Administrator should be generic
and not personal [For eg. CAO_BHEL for Regulator, AO_BHEL, CAO_XYZ
etc for Administrator. Users id should be in their choice
Similarly there is only one Local Administrator for Corporate under Vyapaar
(Privilege) and above guidelines for user id should be followed .]
 Bank will send user_id by ordinary post and password by Regd. post to
Corporate Regulator, Administrator (s) and Users of the company and
authorizers of the branch in their individual names.

Brief steps for Corporate Customers
 Apply to branch on form CINB-C1 to C5 (Freedom-Vistaar), C1,C3,C4,C5
(Privilege-Vyapaar) and Khata Regn. (Khata-Advantage) to the branch
where the Principal accounts are maintained.
 There is only one Regulator for a Corporate (Freedom-Vistaar) and one or
many Administrators (Freedom-Vistaar & One Administrator for PrivilegeVyapaar) introduced through duly signed C2 & C3 respectively submitted
to branch.
 A separate form C3 to create Administrator has to be submitted to each
branch where the corporate are maintaining an account. There is only
one Administrator for an account and user_id once created (after first
login, when the system forces a change of user_id and password) cannot
be changed hence this should be generic and not personal name.
 The Regulator user_id should also be generic and not personal name.
 Obtain Corporate ID Number from the Branch in Form B1 (excluding
Khata-Advantage customers)
 The Regulator after receipt of user_id and password from the Bank’s
service provider will set up Corporate Profile on the system for his
Corporate. (The Regulator creates Super Enquirers for Freedom-Vistaar).
 The Administrator will after receipt of user_id and password create all
users within corporate and map the accounts to them in terms of the
corporate requirement. He also assigns appropriate access/rights to each
corporate user.
 The Administrator also creates operational rules and access rights on the
account for the users in line with the delegated powers as per the
corporate mandate.
 The bank authorisers verifies the rules of Admin.
 User_id and password is sent by bank’s service provider directly to the
addresses mentioned individually.
 The Corporate is ready to inquire and conduct transaction on the internet.
