Teaching and learning online, delivered, anywhere, anytime, any place, using communication tools, content and resources which can be accessed online. It is an interactive learning experience delivered over the Internet, normally through a virtual learning environment (VLE). It may or may not include face-to-face interaction with tutors/teachers and others.
