What is elearning?
 Teaching and learning online, delivered,
anywhere, anytime, any place, using
communication tools, content and resources
which can be accessed online.
 It is an interactive learning experience delivered
over the Internet, normally through a virtual
learning environment (VLE). It may or may not
include face-to-face interaction with
tutors/teachers and others.
