THE ROLE:
A Business Development &
Internal Sales Executive focuses
on supporting the external
sales executives in the region
allocated whilst also actively
supplementing their diaries
with quality meetings with
the customer groups we are
targeting.
KEY DUTIES:
- Provide daily support to sales
executives
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
-Identify new business opportunities by
scrutinizing planning leads
- Contacting perspective customers to
generate leads
- Setup meetings for external sales
executives
- Maintain CRM system
- Assist with other sales and marketing
initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Will be well organised, systematic
and someone who enjoys the
challenge of sales
- Have excellent telephone manner
with objection handling skills
- Be a team player

I have worked as a Business Development Executive
within Tobermore for just over 6 months. Even though
I am relatively new to the company, my expectations
of the business and my role surpassed daily, each
day bringing new success and more importantly
situations to learn from. What’s great about my role
within the Business Development Department is
having the ability to work independently, with trust
from my employers & colleagues. It’s great to work
with and be supported by people that care about
their company and doing a good job. We are always
rewarded for our hard work and team work plays a
vital part in our department, that’s what makes my job
so rewarding and enjoyable especially at times when
