In exercise of powers delegated by the government wide Notification No. 5/16/85-TPT dated 5-12-1990 and in supersession of
earlier Notification No. D.Tpt/STA/922/2011 dated 9th November, 2011, except para 1, 2, 3 & 5 and notification of even No.
D.Tpt/STA/1275/2013 dated 17th April, 2013, respectively, the Government of Goa as authorized by the State Authority Goa has
decided to fix the rates for Tourist Taxis, as follows:

The above rates are for self employed Tourist Taxi Operators attached to Beach and Star Hotels

The Tourist Taxi fare rates at Col. 4 to 7 applies to round trip journey

Taxi utilized Night Journey after 10.00 pm till 5.00 am. Will attract night charges of Rs. 100/- per hour
4
Taxi utilized after 10 pm till 5 am will be charged 35% on the above tariff
5
All Toll, ferry charges, taxes if applicable and parking fees to be paid by the hirer/customer
In case passengers desire to avail the vehicle in sharing basis, the figures in Column 4 & 5 should be divided by the
capacity of the vehicle so as to arrive at per passenger cost
If any vehicle of capacity, make and model is not covered in this list the permit holder should apply to STA for fixing
the fares and updating the list

The above fares shall come into force with effect from the date of Notification published in the Official Gazette. The permit
holders are required to display the fares at a prominent place in their vehicles.
