FACILITATED BY A 6 month cross-industry mentoring program which brings together participants at two levels – Women who are aspiring to a senior leadership position in the industry; and Senior leaders, decision makers, men & women who can help build a culture of inclusive leadership within the property industry. This program has allowed me the freedom to speak and not be judged. It has been about putting myself out there and having conversations with senior people and unlocking sponsors within my organisation. This experience has helped me to push myself in developing my strategic networks. I have discovered that I am better known and respected than I thought I was. – 2016 MENTEE This has been a refreshing opportunity for me to engage on the diversity issue by having a connection with someone who doesn’t directly work for me. It is also a constant reminder as a leader to create good career opportunities for my people. – 2016 MENTOR This has been a very rewarding program!
