Welcome! Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to manage teams within your business.
TEAMS: You will need to help organize teams of 4 – 6 persons. You do not have to have teams of 4, but it helps to
create camaraderie and support by having a small group. You can modify the number of participants per team
to meet your needs. The points will be averaged by dividing the total number of points by the number of team
members. Business is to register and submit points as one team.
COMPANY NAME:
Each business is expected to come up with a “company” team name. For example the “Jamestown Regional
Medical Center Healing Hands” could be our company name. The JRMC Healing Hands could have 24
employees participating, with 6 teams of 4. JRMC’s teams can compete against each other within the hospital,
while the company team will compete with other businesses in the area. Each business is encouraged to provide
weekly prizes and recognition to individual teams within their business to promote participation. To register your

REPORTING POINTS:
All points will be submitted ONLINE. To get your points listed in the paper, you must report your teams Corporate
Point Average by Tuesday at 10:00 am. Your team captains will have to report to you by Monday evening or early
Tuesday morning so you can meet your 10:00 am Tuesday deadline. You will need to calculate the business’s
average by adding the team averages and dividing by total number of teams – this is called the Corporate Point
Average (CPA). CPA can also be calculated by adding the total number of points accrued by the business
divided by the number of participants. If you do not meet the 10 am Tuesday deadline, your Corporate points will
not be listed in the paper; however, they will still count towards your overall score and ranking.
