10) If you work in the Facilities Management Department (FMD), you will also see one extra field called Work
Order into which you may put the work order number.
If you need to enter multiple work order numbers, each will need to be in a new row.
11) If you work in the Police Department, you will also see one extra field called Charge To on your timesheet.
This field will allow you to choose a specific department or grant number to which your time should be
charged when your work hours are for an area outside of your own department.
Be sure to enter your hours to be charged to another department or grant in a new row on your
timesheet since you only want to charge certain hours to that other area. In addition, be sure to choose
the correct Time Reporting Code.
For the Charge To field, just click the magnifying glass, and then click on the correct department or
grant that displays in the Search Results.
12) If you need to insert a new row on the timesheet, click the
button to the right of the row that is
already there. That will display a new blank row. To delete a row, click the
button to the right of
the row you want to delete. It is okay to have blank rows on a timesheet.
13) Click the
button
just below the time entry boxes when
finished entering hours worked for the
week.
