Key Modules:
DEERE APPRENTICESHIPS
SUPPLY CHAIN WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
APPRENTICESHIP STANDARD
Deere Apprenticeships can deliver Warehouse development
programmes bespoke to your organisational needs. It will improve
and teach new skills to ensure that your supply chain runs
effectively, meeting your efficiency targets, deadlines and will
promote the importance in providing a quality service for your
clients.
The apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and
experience for the role of Warehouse Operative. The course has
been specifically designed by employers (not academics) to meet
your workforce needs and offers:

The Apprenticeship Standard – with key strands of work
activities relating to learners roles, such as taking deliveries,
quality checks, moving and storing goods, picking for dispatch,
maintaining records and safely using machinery and vehicles.

Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage – delivery of
this qualification using the Key Modules (listed adjacent)
provides the necessary skills to develop service practitioners
and achieve the Apprenticeship Standard

English & Maths – those without Level 2 attainment in these
areas will be supported to achieve this

Employees will be tested through an End Point Assessment –
a test of knowledge (using scenarios with questions), and a
practical assessment to allow the learner to showcase their
skills.
Our unique approach to delivery means we use different training
methods to meet individual needs. It is expected candidates will be
in training 1 day per month, with additional work based projects. On
completion of the programme your employees will receive an
overall grade.
