Abstract
This form is for those who wish to be considered for performance support allocation from
mid September 2016 to mid September 2017. The information collected on this form will
provide valuable background for the Inclusion Panel

Athletes should be aware that the Performance team will monitor results achieved between the
application deadline date and the date of the performance group meeting

This is available to athletes competing in Olympic Disciplines and training on a daily basis in
their local environment. Athletes have the opportunity to access the SCA Performance
annual planner of activities for camps and race support.

(Over hand grip, as if you are paddling - the chin
must pass over the bar at each rep – the arms must
come back straight at each rep)

Stretching: Standing on a box, legs locked, feet together,
reach to your toes by bending at the hip. The result is
the distance between your finger tips and point 0
“object you are standing on”. Use ruler in centimetres.
