Wise County Youth Fair Parade Release of Liability

, hereby release and hold harmless Wise County Youth
Fair, and any and all other individuals or business participating in the Wise County Youth Fair Parade, which is
to occur on February 25, 2017, from any and all injuries or damages I may sustain during and in course of the
event regardless of where such injuries or damages may occur. I further agree to assume all of the risks of harm,
regardless of whether they are foreseeable in nature. I further agree to be financially responsible for any
damages or injuries that may occur as a result of my intentional, reckless or negligent conduct.
