Producers or Distributors/Traders of Fresh Produce Products:
I also affirm that products identified above which constitute or contribute to raw fresh produce products exported to
Canada have been produced without hydroponic/aeroponic production and without the use of Chilean nitrate in
accordance with the COR/NOP equivalency agreement.
Processors or Distributors/Traders of Processed Products:
I also affirm that products identified above to the best of my knowledge do not contain organic ingredients that have been
produced via hydroponic/aeroponic production or with Chilean nitrate. I confirm that livestock products/ingredients are
from animals raised according to livestock stocking rates as set out in the Canadian Standard (CAN/CGSB 32.310-2006). If I
do not have this documentation currently, I am confirming that I am aware of this requirement, and have a plan of action
on file with my certifier to come into compliance with this requirement, in the timeframe and guidelines noted by the NOP,
and communicated to my by my certifier.
Furthermore, I authorize my company’s certification agent to release the information below concerning compliance of my
company’s production practices with the additional requirements for export of organic products to Canada.
