2. Solutions offered
XCONNECT is a system for outbound (X Connect) where we can connect XMLs of different suppliers like GTA, Hotel beds
etc. We have already connected 50+XMLs so far for our different clients which includes most of the major suppliers in the
market. We do also have another module (E Net) where you can enter and control your own contracted rates and
inventory of Hotels, Transfers and Sightseeing Tours and can be distributed through an online system. This helps in
combining the XMLs + own contracted rates in single system.

Features of XCONNECT
Brief: X CONNECT - is an online booking system for travel industry. The system is capable of any number of xml
connectivity and is having Hotels, Transfers and Sightseeing Tours. Additional modules like flights, rail, visa etc can be
added in to the system. It can be used for B2B or B2C or as a B2B2C system.
Readymade Connectivity:
The system is READY-CONNECTED with most of the major OTA suppliers like GTA, Miki, Travco, Touricoholidays, Hotel
beds, JAC Travel, DOTW, Hotelspro, Transhotel, RoomsXML, CBS, White Sands, etc. Once you have the contract signed with
any of these suppliers, you can have them on the system live in 30 days’ time. Optional product suppliers: Rail Europe,
Globus and Cosmos, Viator, Interhome.
Multiple distribution channels:
Create and manage users at different levels – B2C, Subagents, Branches, Wholesaler, and Corporate. All bookings can be
viewed and controlled from a central system. At any level you can create the users unlimited as per your requirement.
Online booking engine:
Completely Web-based site with real-time rates and availability from your connected suppliers. You can add on more
modules – Transfers, Tours, Apartments, Rail products, to create a one stop booking solution for your organisation. It
includes auto-documentation of vouchers, invoices and payment receipts.
Email alerts:
Auto generates emails for booking confirmation and cancellations. Sends email alerts on bookings entering the
cancellation period to ensure timely action from users.
Faster turnaround time:
X Connect performs search using advanced multi-threading technology and will send requests to multiple suppliers at the
same time. Results from suppliers are filtered and displayed based on the cheapest rates saving your valuable time spent
in comparing suppliers.
Flexible Margin Mark-up Module:
Includes a very flexible mark-up module where you can define the mark-up based on subagents, branch office, wholesaler,
corporate, etc. Advanced margin module helps define margins based on the supplier.
Search by Nationality:
If you sell to different markets or if the nationality of your clients can be different, the system can search for the right price
based on the nationality of the client.
MIS:
The system can generate a wide range of reports based on productivity, activity, accounts, etc.
Booking Quote Module:
Use the system to send quotes by email from the search results. You can send to multiple hotels with hotel information
and day wise rates (where available).
Hotel Location Map:
X Connect is integrated with Google Maps to provide users the feature to view the location map of the hotels in search
results. You can also use the location filter to view hotels by location.
Credit Control:
Controlling of credit to users can be done by various parameters – On booking, voucher issuance, by service dates, etc.
Manage Exchange Rates:
The Rate of Exchange feature enables you to update rate of exchange for various currencies manually or automatically. You
are able to setup a buying currency and fix selling currency by agency or by region.
Flexible pricing plan:
For the convenience, multiple pricing plans as options are available to suit every need. You can choose based on your
business requirement and determine the number of XMLs and modules required. There will be a onetime nominal setup
and monthly maintenance charge which includes hosting, server space, database, daily maintenance.

Brief: E Net A web based system where you can sell your contracted net rates from multiple suppliers. You can maintain
your own contracted rates for hotels, transfers and sightseeing tours. Can easily add / control the service information,
images, market wise rates, cancellation policies, allocations/ free sale, sale promotions like pay and stay offer and early
