Presentation 1 (The Confidence School)
1. Describe the project :
There are scarce educational institutions for the disabled children in Saudi Arabia. this
project will try to fulfill this necessity. Because 3.3% of the Saudi population are kids
with special needs. That is why the need of schools for disabled people would be
extremely beneficial to improve their physical abilities.
2. Analyze the problem :
Strengths: The Confidence School will provide the students with self assurance,
acceptance and safety. It will also be affordable for the middle class communities.
Weaknesses: The difficulties that we will face is with the construction workers if they
didn’t meet up with the deadline). Some trainers might face issues with the students.
Students might feel shy or uncomfortable and refuse the presence of the teacher.
Opportunity: Due to the lack of competitors in the field. Our project will get the attention
of the parents.
Threats: A great risk is if the rent rate increased, forcing us to increase the school’s fees.
This might drive families away from the business. Due to the strict labor laws in Saudi
Arabia some staff members might face problems getting a visa.
3. Plan the solution:
There are 5 essential steps needed for the solution:

4. Execute the plan
The project approval will be taken from the government in which we will acquire a
“government license confirmation” to start the institution.
Labor and staff will be signed up within 6 to 12 months depending on how long the visa
will be given to them.
The chair members will include; Tanveer, Rana, Sara, Melchore and Alaa.
5. Evaluate the results:
The obstacles that they might face in this organization is that parent’s might feel
frightened leaving their disabled kids behind in a newly constructed school.
The family members will also be worried about how the institution will treat their
delicate kids.
The team will follow up the company’s budget each month and assure that the staff are
doing their required job. To ensure that the pupils receive high quality education.
Presentation 2 ( Beauty Salon )
1. Describe the project:
Created a beauty salon on campus for girls, provides a lot of time and defecate Food and

Presentation 3 (The Stationery )
1. Describe the project :
show for students that all what is lacking at the university is small stationery meet the
needs of students at the university. so that put a special corner for the students of
engineering and design because more students who go to the office on a regular basis to
meet future needs of the university. Because of the separation of the needs of students
and engineering students from the rest of the design students is easy for any student
entering the stationery and exit with ease.
2. Analyze the problem:
Strength: There are many advantages and strength in having a stationary especially for
Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. It is very useful not only for students but also
the university and the locals. The prices for the supplies will not be different from the
ones in the market, therefore, the university will gain profit from this stationary.
Weaknesses: The stationary might not have a large space that is enough for large amount
of students, so it will cause a crowd and they might need to line up and wait for their turn
to pay and which will delay them on class or work.
Opportunities: PMU stationary will provide job opportunities and hire locals and
undergraduates to work inside campus. Also students are going to gain experience and
will work part-time jobs that will give them a good salary from the university.
Threats: There are many things threats put in danger regarding the business. For
example, losing a customer is a big threat, for students are the first reason why we made
this stationary and if we lose them, we will lose a lot of money. Also, if another
stationary opens on campus it might attract the attention of students, or affect the price of
products sold in our stationary.
3. Plan the solution:
The first step in initiating the project will be conducting an online survey by the team for
the students to recognize the needed supplies of each department of the university. After
gathering the survey results, first member will be assigned to estimate the funds needed
in establishing a campus stationary. The main plan is to get funded by the university in
some sort of a long-term loan. The loan will be paid back by giving the university a share
of the store sales. After proposing this project to the university it will take about one
month for them to agree on the funding.
The supplies that the store will provide will include what the students asked for in the
survey as well as the tools needed for engineering and design students. To find the perfect
supplies and tools for the store, second member will search for the perfect provider and
make the appropriate deal with them.
The next step is estimating the labor requirements for the head office and the store
employees by the third member. The team will run the head office. The store employees
will consist of a store manager, two cashiers and a saleswoman. The key qualities that we
look for in the staff will mainly be commitment, organization, basic software skills, good
verbal communication skills and the manager must have management skills.
In cooperation with the university, the fourth member will choose the appropriate
location of the store. With the help of the second member and after the approval of the
university, the second and the fourth member will sign a contract with the perfect
construction office to construct the store. The fourth member will be responsible of
designing and organizing the store in the most accessible way.
4. Execute the plan:
will be implemented for the project with the choice of the appropriate location and select
the cleats that the project will take about five months or almost nine months when we will
face any problems. First, choose the design of stationery will be Fatima is responsible for
the research on the appropriate color and convenient for the students. We need to some
Designers with the help from them the university to finalize the perfect and permanent.

take the approval and start working after taking approval for sure. Presentation will
include a detailed explanation of the profits and losses of the project with an explanation

students. Jood will be responsible to make laws and directives for staff and put the rights
of students and staff as well. Additionally you will be responsible for determining what is
needed in the stationery of tools and papers and apparatus for packaging warming. Also
after putting the finishing touches to the project will declare it at the university by many
ways to send in an email to all staff and students at the university. Basic step of this
project is to develop specific prices for each existing tools so that there is not any future

of the success of this project. And also put a specific budget each month when buying
goods.
5. Evaluate the results:
During the work on the project has to be analyzing the effectiveness and development of the
project. The plan dealt with the appointment of alternative plans in case of any problem. It
could include perceived obstacles or delays in physical and legal procedures. Those problems
can be solved in the weekly meetings that will be held between the members. These meetings
give us great opportunities in the analysis of different views about the project and thus the
division of tasks appropriately. After the launch of the project, the members will monitor all
angles to him and also get suggestions of multiple complaints of students and analysis of
