We send you a CONFIRMATION EMAIL
with your UNIQUE ID number
and a link to Submittable.

STEP # 3 You get the CONFIRMATION EMAIL from NETA
and use the provided link to Submittable.
There you will upload the project description,
the budget, its goals & objectives,
supporting documents for strategy/execution,
the results/evidence of impact
and the video file (if there is one for this entry.)
