Running the Experiment

HPS Analysis Group

Requested interim reports from detector subgroups describing upgrades,
updated procedures and manuals, and plans for documentation.

Approved plan for HPS Physics Readiness Document
Shifts
• No shifts this Fall.
All time is devoted to machine development, including multi-hall
operations.
• Spring Shifts TBD
EC will revisit the run plan and shift plan following finalization of
JLAB CEBAF schedule.
For now, lobby like hell. Proposed schedule is unworkable.

Next HPS Collaboration Meeting
• Next meeting will be at SLAC, April 25-27,2016.
We have lots of rooms reserved at the SLAC Guest House,
and SLAC finally has a cafeteria once again.
• The meeting date was chosen to be just before the Hidden
Sectors 2016 Workshop, April 28-30, 2016, also at SLAC.
The workshop is the next in the series of Dark Forces
Workshops, and will be of interest to HPS collaborators
interested in the next round of hidden sector experiments.
