Invitation to Apply to Conant’s 36th Annual Artist & Craft Fair
Artist requirements: Our Fair is open to artisans and craftspeople who create their own
handmade original items. Photographs must be submitted with applications via email or
mail. Please tag photographs with a name. For photos to be returned, provide a selfaddressed envelope. Our show is juried so applications must be accepted. It may take a
couple months for us to get through applications so you may not hear back for a little
while. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. We are looking forward to
another fabulous event!
Many Conant volunteers spend countless hours working to make this event a success
for craftspeople and for our school. We appreciate their continued dedication.
Important Details about the Artist & Craft Fair:
Date:
October 22, 2017, Sunday
Location:
Conant School, 80 Taylor Road, Acton, MA 01720
Hours:
10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Set up begins no earlier than 7:00 am. All
exhibits must be ready by 9:30 am. Breakdown of displays begins no
earlier than 4:00 pm.
Space:
A single space is 8’ x 8’. Your exhibit must fit inside the reserved space
size. For an additional fee, you may make a special request your space
such as wall space or same space as previous years(s).
Please note, boths and spaces will be inspected.
Tables:
You may rent tables for $10.00 per table. They are 3’ x 8’ and do not
include a covering.
Electricity:
Available in some spaces for $5.00 fee. You will need to bring your own
extension cord.
Publicity:
We work hard to publicize our event in Acton and surrounding towns.
Please help us to spread the word!
Food:
Pre-order lunch is available. Details will follow as the Fair draws closer.
Bake sale items and drinks are sold at the Fair as well.
