Crossfire, LLC was founded by Ezra Lee
in 2001 and is headquartered in Durango,
Colorado. Ezra is now our president and
the leader of over 1,500 team members
working together to meet our client’s
needs. The Crossfire team is comprised of
individuals with extensive experience in
the oil field and natural gas industry. Our
team is made up of Senior Area Managers,
Area Managers, General Superintendents,
Superintendents and Foremen that
specialize in all of the divisions and
distinct areas that we service for our
clients. We know that our company is the
sum of our people and that the talents and
dedication of each person brings value to
the whole effort. We take great care and
pride in hiring the most experienced and
qualified people to join our growing team.

EZRA LEE
CEO and Owner
Ezra is the founder and owner of
Crossfire, LLC. He is responsible
for making the company what it
is today. Crossfire, LLC began as
a seeding/reclamation company
whose sole scope of work was
reclaiming pipeline rights-of-way
and well site locations.
Today, Crossfire, LLC is a
very diversified company with
divisions that include gravel
hauling, heavy equipment
transport, hydro excavation,
crane services, roustabout
services, pipeline construction,
road and well site excavation
and construction, well servicing
and maintenance, as well as the
seeding and reclamation division
that literally planted the seed
for Crossfire’s emergence.

CenterPoint Fire and Safety is a fully
functional division of Crossfire, LLC that
provides safety and training services to Crossfire
as well as outside clients.
CenterPoint is staffed with full time safety
representatives that are qualified to provide
multiple safety services and training courses.
CenterPoint is the central location of Crossfire’s
human resource department wherein all new
hire training, drug/alcohol testing and company
orientation efforts are undertaken. These same
regularly scheduled services are available to
other oil and gas service companies and other
industry clients in need of OSHA certified
training courses.
As a current subscriber to ISNetworld, PICS, PEC
Premier and as a NCCER and Veriforce Qualified
Employer, Crossfire records are updated consistently and available to our clients. Crossfire
is also registered with Platinum Registration as
a company that has developed, implemented
and maintains a quality management system
that conforms to the requirements of the ISO
9001:2008 International Standards.
Through Centerpoint, Crossfire
experts provide training in over 25
areas from First Aid and CPR to PEC
Safeland Core and CDL Certification
to OSHA requirement programs.

After all, we got our start as a reseeding operation! Being strong stewards of the
land has always been important to our owners and our team members. Many of
the projects we work on are in our own “backyard” — the western states —
and as natives of these vast open spaces, we take our responsibilities to the
land seriously.
