APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To be considered for this position, an
applicant’s file must be completed and
received by the North Dakota School Boards
Association (NDSBA) office by May 1, 2015,
and must contain:
1. A formal letter of application
2. A completed official application supplied
by NDSBA
3. Certification of teaching and/or
superintendent degree
4. Transcripts from institution where a
bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate
degree was earned; do not include
transcripts for other coursework
5. Two current letters of recommendation
SALARY
Range from $85,000 to $105,000 depending
on background and experience.

superintendent who is certified in the state or
is eligible to become certified. The successful
candidate will assume responsibilities of the
position July 1, 2015.

Mott/Regent School District is located in a small
community in southwest North Dakota. The population
of Mott is 721 and the population of Regent is 160. The
town of Mott is located 56 miles south of Dickinson and
Regent is located 42 miles south of Dickinson, which
makes either an excellent community in which to reside,
raise your family, and enjoy the short distance from one
of North Dakota’s larger cities.
