Tour of Martin Brower Distribution Center

Want to learn more about the logistics of how they make that
happen? Martin-Brower is the largest distributor to the largest
restaurant chain in the world. Martin Brower is a global operation
with over 60 distribution centers in 18 countries, including 19 U.S.
distribution centers. They are dedicated to being the leading logistics service provider for restaurant chains
around the world, creating an outstanding work environment for employees and delivering unmatched
value for customers while protecting customers’ brands. Martin Brower’s Fairfield, Ohio facility has been in
service for 5 years and is the 2nd largest McDonalds distribution facility in the world, servicing 775 McDonalds
restaurants. This tour will highlight the high velocity operation with high turns across 3 temperature zones.
Attendees will learn about the impact of building layout, government regulation and warehouse staffing on
the operation.

Center. Trevor has managed operations in California and Ohio during his 7
years with Martin Brower. Trevor received a B.S. in Operations
Management from Sacramento State.
