This guy gave me the
finger, told me to
f*** off and said the
dolphins ‘love it’
the worst he had seen in eight
years of observing dolphins.
‘‘He tried to grab the dorsal

‘‘We see a lot of people out

Gallagher, 40, of Flagstaff

This week, Gallagher stood
silently in the dock of the
Adelaide Magistrates Court
as he was convicted and fined
$2000 for his actions.
The penalty — just 2 per
cent of the $100,000 maximum
for the offence — has stunned
the marine biologist.
Lewis Beaumont, from
Temptation
Sailing
at
Glenelg, said the offence was
