What are cognitive levels?

ratherthanassessmentgoals.
What was the intended purpose of cognitive levels?
CognitivelevelswereprimarilydesignedforK-12educatorstowriteinstructionalobjectivesthatcouldlaterbeevaluated.
Bloomandhiscolleagueswrote,“Youarereadingaboutanattempttobuildataxonomyofeducationalobjectives.Itis

Why does the credentialing industry attempt to use cognitive levels?
Someresearchersbelievethattheuseofcognitivelevelsincredentialingstemsfromtheprocessofassessingandevaluating
