Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Mom (and Dad) 101
Do you have a son or daughter who has an interest in playing soccer? For over 40 years,
the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club (MKsc) has been teaching children to love the game.
MKsc is made up of 13 Regions that serve southeastern Wisconsin. More than 6,000 annual
members participate in Recreational, Select, and Elite soccer programs.
MKsc Mission: The mission of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club is to be the best at
providing people of all ages (with an emphasis on youth), genders, physical abilities and
diverse backgrounds the opportunity to participate in soccer. To enrich the lives of the
people we serve we offer organized leagues and tournaments, educational programs and
administrative services through quality facilities, professional staff and dedicated
volunteers.
Training Facility (USP indoor and outdoor): Uihlein Soccer Park is the Official Training
Facility of MKsc and the Milwaukee Wave. With 13 outdoor, and 3 indoor, MKsc boasts the
largest soccer facility in Southeastern Wisconsin. We have played host to international,
professional, and high school championship games on our lighted- stadium fields. Our
members have the opportunity to train and compete, at our premier soccer facility.
The MKsc Soccer Experience:
 Socially- Your child will benefit from the social interaction, sportsmanship,
teambuilding, and physical fitness.

Coaching- Our coaching staff is trained, licensed, and professional. Your child will
receive personal instruction, and tools to achieve success.

MKsc fees include fall and spring practices and games. Winter indoor leagues are at
the digression of the team and coach. Camps are offered throughout the year

Parents- Your child will be on a team with children from your neighborhood. MKsc
encourages entire families to get involved. Through volunteering, social activities,
tournament weekends, and team activities; you and your children are guaranteed to
develop lifelong friendships and memories.
MKsc Summer Soccer Camps:
Camp presents a great learning environment for young players of all ages and skill. We
offer day to day pricing, for maximum flexibility. Our Camps are staffed with MKsc Coaches,
who work with youth soccer players year round. Lessons learned at camp can be
seamlessly transitioned from camp to fall/spring league play.

If you are just getting started, your child will join a Recreational team. This generally
involves one game per weekend, as well as, one practice during the week. Select and Elite
teams are available for children over age 11, and require a try-out.
Are you ready to register for a team?
1.) Visit the MKsc website (www.mksc.org)
a. Click on the “Regions” Tab
b. Find the region in your area
c. Call the contact listed
2.) Go to the Registration Tab
a. Click “Member Registration” link
b. Register your family under the region in your area
3.) Your Registration Fee will include
a. Team
b. Coach
c. Uniform (shorts, jersey, socks)
4.) Your child will also need
a. Shin guards
b. Soccer spikes (baseball cleats are not allowed)
c. Ball (size specific for age group)
d. Water bottle
Outdoor games are played at locations around Milwaukee County. MKsc offers indoor
soccer (at Uihlein Soccer Park), tournaments, social events, and camps. Once your family
becomes a member; you will receive e-mails, newsletters, and mailings about various Club
activities.
