Notes
1. Managed Service – with this option your web site will always be up to date and relevant even if you do not have time to update it yourself! POS produced and printed via the Punch
Creative Team will be automatically included on your site, 12 generic annual events will be
included on your site including Mothers Day, Halloween, Cask Ale week etc Plus you can
tell the team what you want to change and we will add adverts drawing your customers
attention to new events in your pub.
2. Automatic Updates - the managed service includes the inclusion of automatic adverts for
generic events such as Fathers Day, Mothers day, Halloween etc. These adverts will be in
addition to the bespoke content of your site and will include generic content relevant to your
pub such as – “celebrate Mothers day here” Please state “Opt out” if you do not want your
pub included in this process.
3. Non Managed Service – with this option we will build your site. However once the site is
published and live, all amendments and updates will remain your responsibility. We will
provide you with a log in to your site along with documentation taking you through the
amendment process.
4. Payment method – The Managed option costs £400 and the non-managed costs £325.
After year one hosting plus managed service costs £200 and the non-managed hosting
costs £125. The domain name is not included in the package and will be passed on to you
at cost. Please note, all applicable, the domain and email account requested will be
charged to the fund/or customer number stated. (Domain is not included in the package)
5. Please supply any detail you would like included on the site. For example, number of rooms
available, cost per room, booking phone number/email etc. Plus please supply any images
you would like used.
6. As standard we will provide a map and your address. Please indicate with in this box if
there are any special instructions to be included here eg.Turn sharp left past the Church
etc.
