2017 Joint Meeting

Dear MCCA Members, NEIA Members, and Conference Attendees,
Please join us for the 2017 MCCA, NEIA, and PERF Joint Meeting to be held on Tuesday-Friday, May
30-June 2, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
All registrants will be welcome to attend any and all meetings, sessions and events sponsored by
MCCA, NEIA, and PERF during the Joint Meeting.

Breakfast will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.
Online registration is available on MCCA’s website and PERF’s website. To register as MCCA or NEIA,
please visit www.MajorCitiesChiefs.com and select Conference/Event Registration or click here.
MCCA members do not pay a registration fee to attend.
Registration will be $400 for attendees who register before March 1 and $425 for attendees who
register on or after March 1. Registration is open to NEIA members, staff members from MCCA
agencies, PERF members, federal partners and other invited attendees.
MCCA corporate sponsors can attend at no charge and based on their sponsorship level. Questions
regarding eligibility for registration should be directed to Patricia Williams.
Guest registration is available for family members at a fee of $125 per guest.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Bellagio Hotel at a special rate of $191/night plus tax. To

The conference schedule will be determined later, but for purposes of planning your travel, the
conference will begin Tuesday evening with an MCCA reception and will continue until Friday at

• PERF’s Annual Reception on Wednesday evening

• 3:00 pm-5:00 pm: NEIA Meeting
Friday, June 2
• 8:30 am-12:00 pm: PERF and NEIA concurrent meetings
