combination of regional produced energy from
renewable sources and minerals to
strengthening the regions industrial base and
making them more innovative and sustainable

The increasing regional production from renewables as
wind, solar, hydro-electric and tidal power as well as
geothermal energy and biomass.
Have to cope with the following problemareas:
1. Access to adequate power infrastructures,
2. To build up long-term regional marked possibilities,
3. To develop models ensuring investor capital and
4. To develop knowledge of long-term public regulations
and subsidies systems.
