Please complete the form below each semester to have held scholarships released by Financial Aid Services into student Bursar accounts. Note – this form
only releases scholarships being held by the Bursar at the request of the department. If your scholarships have been placed on hold at the OU
Foundation (by clicking “Hold All Semesters” on the Foundation Scholarship Disbursement Request), please contact the OU Foundation to have them released.
For large releases, an excel spreadsheet containing the same fields and columns can be submitted instead.
