Thank you for your interest in our Shtuff. Enclosed is our “Dealer Application” for you to complete and return to us for
processing.
We are the original producer of biker personal care products. All of our products are made using natural ingredients
which are grown, prepared, and packaged in the USA. We offer only highly concentrated products to reduce the
packaging size which insures the ease of portability.
All our items are produced by Time Rider L.L.C., and are wholesale distributed by Beast Custom Cycle Supply a
subsidiary of Beast Custom Cycles L.L.C. All products are stocked in our facilities in Texas, Washington and
Oklahoma. We ship daily by USPS or your preferred freight company for domestic orders. Please contact us for any
international shipping orders.
To become an authorized dealer:
 You must be in a wholesale or retail motorcycle related business.
 Purchase any of our Time Rider products by the case (12 ea. Per. Cs.).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
Beast Custom Cycle Supply sells only to legitimate motorcycle related businesses (licensed commercial places of business
serving the general public in the area of motorcycle sales, service and/or parts and accessories). Beast Custom Cycle Supply
requires our dealer application be completed and returned to us. When a backordered item becomes available, the dealer must
place the item on a new order. Ordering a previously backordered item does not revoke any of our stated policy. Beast Custom
Cycle Supply does not accept any additional obligation regarding backordered items.
ORDERING:
Telephone orders may be placed during our business hours of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday at 1-888-358-3503
or (360) 370-5358 local or outside of the United States. Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-360370-5449. Orders may be e-mailed to [email protected]. Domestic orders received by fax or e-mail will receive a
confirmation of in stock items. No orders will be deemed accepted by Beast Custom Cycle Supply until such time as the
shipment leaves our facility and an invoice is issued. We reserve the right to accept or reject all or part of the order.
PRICE CHANGES:
The price of products is subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of the order will prevail regardless of
what is printed. Possession of a price list does not constitute an offer. Should Beast Custom Cycle Supply lower the price of any
product, Beast Custom Cycle Supply will not make any adjustment to any dealer’s product inventory to reflect the new lower
price. Our sales representatives read back the current prices when taking an order if received by phone. A price increase is not a
valid reason for a product return.
In regard to items, which are sold in a kit, the price reflects the cost per kit. Parts sold as a kit are available individually for
distribution.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) or your preferred freight company. Once payment is received the
items ship freight paid. Orders are shipped as determined by your customer number and zip code.
Plan orders on time to avoid the added expense of Air Services. Many times the freight charges are a high percentage of the total
order, resulting in an unprofitable sale. Orders placed after 12pm PST are not guaranteed to be shipped that day and may be
shipped the following day. Beast Custom Cycle Supply takes no responsibility for the arrival and freight charges incurred on air
shipments. Beast Custom Cycle Supply will not send out any orders FREE air freight or reimburse shipping and handling costs
on air orders.
USPS or any freight company will not accept cash as payment for packages. Customers who have not been check approved must
pay by credit card. Credit card orders will only be accepted after we have received a completed credit card authorization form.
You also have the option to pick up your order at our facility in Lawton, OK or Friday Harbor, WA. on will call. Please let us
know if this is your intent when placing your order.
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Beast Custom Cycle Supply will not accept freight damaged merchandise for credit or account adjustment. Should the dealer
receive merchandise, which is damaged in transit, the following procedures must be adhered to:
A.
Keep all cartons, packaging and damaged products.
B.
Make a notation on the delivery receipt before the delivering carrier leaves premises and retain a copy thereof.
C.
Notify a Beast Custom Cycle Supply representative immediately.
D.
Notify delivering carrier’s claims department immediately in settling claim. Beast Custom Cycle Supply will assist in
providing any documentation required to settle the claim.
E.
If there is concealed damage, the delivering carrier must be notified within 24 hours. Ownership of the merchandise
transfers at the F.O.B. shipping point. Therefore, claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be originated by recipient
and are required to be made to the delivering carrier, not Beast Custom Cycle Supply. Beast Custom Cycle Supply must
be informed immediately when loss or damage claim occurs.
REFUSED ORDERS:
Orders returned to Beast Custom Cycle Supply will be put back in stock and a 20% restocking charge will be added to the
dealer’s account. All orders returned to Beast Custom Cycle Supply for any reason, may result in the account being put on prepay status. Dealers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred by Beast Custom Cycle Supply.
