next year, this will increase to €50.00.

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), we

our company, will be processed in the files under the responsibility of AMCOMEX, with the purpose of maintenance and fulfilment of the businessassociate relationship and provision of services derived from the same, including the sending of communications and newsletters of interest to the
associate within the framework of the aforementioned relationship.
Additionally, AMCOMEX informs you that your information will be transferred in all of those cases where it is necessary for the development, fulfilment and
control of the business-associate relationship and provision of services derived thereof or on the assumption that a regulation with the power of law is
authorised. In this sense, your data may be transferred, without limiting or excluding character, to the following entities: Tax Administration; financial
institutions, for service charges.
Refusal of treatment or transfer of your data would therefore entail the impossibility of maintaining and fulfilling the business-associate relationship, since they are
necessary for the provisions of services derived thereof.
In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the development Regulation of the same, the
associate may exercise, at any time, his/her rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, addressed to: AMCOMEX, with an address at
C/Dionisio Guardiola Nº 59 Ground Floor, 02004 - Albacete (Albacete), attaching a photocopy of your ID.
AMCOMEX undertakes to fulfil previous commitments even after termination, for any cause, of the agreement with the association. The associate expressly
authorises, by marking this box, to receive commercial and courtesy communications related to our business through telephone, regular mail, fax, email or
equivalent electronic means.
