Hi! Happy New Year…that is, Happy end-of-2016! 
2016 was … a tough year. I for one would like to make 2016 eat 2017’s dust! Do you feel the
same way? If so, Frestyl has your back. We know that taking excellent care of yourself is super
important. … But we also know that paying attention to number one can also conjure up icky
feelings of selfishness, guilt, and even uncomfortable questions about worthiness. (And we
know that stinks.) If we’ve learned nothing else from 2016, we’ve learned that getting out of bed,
getting through the day, getting through the year can make us feel like we’ve survived an epic
battle. Enough of 2016 survival – it’s time for 2017 thrival!
Thanks to Instructor Rachel Sandstrom (Mankato, MN), Frestyl has formulated a fund raiser to
help students to pay for everything from drop-in classes to private lessons with Frestyl
teachers or visiting pros to competition travel to xpoles – anything Frestyl sells. We thought it
would be impossible to help students simultaneously save money while enjoying more of what
our lessons offer. But our fund raiser through Equal Exchange lets you credit your Frestyl
account while spreading enough goodwill to make the specters of 2016 run for the hills!
Getting Money In Your Frestyl Account Means Giving Money To Small Farmers
Pick up your catalog before or after classes beginning January 2nd! Catalogs will be handed out
& questions answered in Rochester on Monday, January 2nd by Rachel Sandstrom, in
Minneapolis by Stefany Gravley & Brittin Leigh, and in Mankato on January 3rd by Brittin Leigh.
Here’s how it’ll go down:
Once you get your catalog, you can receive orders from anyone – be sure to include friends and
family who support your health and wellness goals in 2017! Collect payment at the time order is
placed. Checks should be made out to Frestyl Fitness. Catalogs include a order form plus a
pouch for you to store cash and checks you receive for your orders.
The faster you grab a catalog, the sooner you can help your friends & family get delicious, fair
trade products that put money into your Frestyl account and into small farms around the world.
40% of what you sell goes straight to your Frestyl account. You can use the funds for anything
that Frestyl sells.
How to turn it in: We’ll collect your final order forms and payments before or after classes on
Monday, January 23rd. You don’t have to be registered for classes on this day to drop off your
orders – just make sure you turn your orders in by Monday, January 23rd! This way, items will
arrive the week of Monday, February 6th, and you will be able to pick yours up at your local
studio - your customers will receive their chocolate, coffee, olive oil, fruit and other goodies in
plenty of time for Valentine’s Day.  You will be alerted to when that order will come in, at
which point we will divide up orders, and you. You will then be able to distribute the products
you sold and thank your loved ones for supporting you in your fitness and wellness goals!
And if you think this is cool, just wait’ll you see who & what else is coming to Frestyl in 2017. 
Frestyl Fitness is hosting an Equal Exchange fundraiser for students. It runs January 2nd and
