way, to ensure 24 hour fully inspection.

procedures from the factory to the
installation to ensure you quality in the
whole process.

The main operations in
Client Rep.
Cable and turbine installation and
diving operations are our specialities in Client Rep., but also on land
we will be your eyes and ears.
Below we present you the

Daily procedures:
• Follow the installation works, which comprise
lifting activities and installa-
tion of foundations/mono-
pole/transmission piece.
• Follow when the installation vessel/barge is positioning itself, and is jacking up/down.

tions and errors caused by the Contractors during the above activities.
Agree with contractors about bad weather days and responsible for documenta-
tion of bad weather.
Coordinate the contractors
(installation vessel/barge) and (transportation team), for example make “minor decisions”, approve jacking up across a cable etc.
Participate in daily meetings with the Contractors, and write and distribute minutes from the daily meetings.
Prepare and send the Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Participate in Toolbox meet-
ings before starting the end up and piling/ lifting the foundation from bargetransporting the foundation placing the foundation.
Specially daily procedures for
Turbine installation:
• Issue and sign the Handing over Certificate Client/
owner – Installation vessel/
company when turbine parts have been lifted onto the Installation Vessel.
• Record which components (serial number) that are installed on a specific foundation, i.e. which
bottom tower, top tower, nacelle and rotor that will form a WTG, and the num-
ber of this.
• Sign the Handing over Certificate Installation
vessel/company – Client/
owner when turbine parts have been lifted onto a foundation.
• Report all this to the WTG Project Manager.
Working periods:
Installation of the cable goes
on 24 hours/day, 7 days per
week. Installation team and
installation vessel have staff,
working in four shifts, which
are living on the vessel.
The representatives will work
shift, approx 2 week each.
During the shift he/she lives
and works on board the Installation Vessel together with the
contractor´s staff.
