availabletoanyotherpersonotherthanthestudentthatappearsontheenrolmentform.

complywiththerequirementsoftheAustralianPrivacyPrinciplessetoutinthePrivacyAct

ourobligationsundertheESOSactandtheNationalCode2007;toensurethestudentcompliance
withtheconditionsoftheirvisasandtheirobligationsunderAustralianImmigrationlaws

TrainingtoOverseasstudents2007.Informationcollectedaboutyouduringyourenrolmentcan
beprovidedincertaincircumstances,totheAustralianGovernmentanddesignatedauthorities
and,ifrelevant,theTuitionProtectionServiceandtheESOSAssuranceFundManager.Inother
Instancesinformationcollectedonthisformorduringyourenrolmentcanbedisclosedwithout
yourconsentwhereauthorisedorrequiredbylaw.
