- Firstly during opening time :
- Check all drawings with development manager from Dubai.
- Follow up the progress of the work which was done by the main
contractor TECHNO ( he was responsible to install all
electromechanical work ( HVAC, Drainage, Tiling, Electrical
Control Panels, UPS, Generator Sets, Painting Work Water
Treatment Plant and BMS) .
- Install Central Refrigeration System with Carrier.
- Make all orders for fresh food equipments.
- Make all orders for furniture .
- Coordinate the work between the main electromechanical work
( TECHNO ) and the mall .
- Make a lot of variation orders for more convenience.
- Check as-built drawings.
- Hand over the project after one year warranty .
- Secondly after the opening I was maintenance manager and
main duties was as follows:

1- To maintain all assets and electromechanical equipments :
1- Fresh food equipments ( bakery, Deli, Fishery and Butchery )
2- Fire fighting and fire alarm and intruder alarm systems.
3- CCTV and Cameras .
4- Main safe and all safes.
5- Apply Hygiene Rules and follow up with Hygiene Auditors .
6- Apply Preventive Maintenance Plan for all equipments.
7- Pest control and waste collection and cleaning .
8- Deep cleaning schedules preparations.
9- Asset maintenance. ( all furniture ).

yearly reports about Contingency Plan related to

- I was working for industrial branch as Technical Manager,
this branch is one of a lot facilities for Milihouse Est. , and my
duties was as follows but not be limited to :
- Make tender books for all spare parts required where I make full
study for specification of
the spare parts required then we
decided with ( maintenance manager and cement plant manager )
If we can manufacture it locally in the cement plant workshop or
manufacture it in the local market or make tender book to import
it .
For example : plates of Grate Cooler, we were cast it locally .
For grinding media we were importing it .
- Study the offers submitted from the suppliers .
- Troubleshooting the problems which happen and find the
solutions .

- I was committee to make tender book for CEMATIC S7 and I
was committee to study the offers and I was member who share
to install the system by SIEMENS' technicians .
- Make the studies we need for HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation and
Air Conditioning ) systems .
- These tender books was for brick lining and mechanical spare
parts and electrical spare parts and electronic spare parts and it
should be up to date technology and in both languages English
and Arabic.
- Make annual maintenance programs and time schedules and
manpower schedules in co-operation with each section
maintenance engineer .
