Brand Returns to Dallas International Lighting Market with Fresh, On-Trend Styles
DALLAS, January 13, 2014—Sea Gull Lighting, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of decorative and
functional lighting for residential, commercial and architectural applications, returns to the Dallas International Lighting
Market later this month with the debut of more than 700 new-for-2014 decorative products across 19 indoor and five
outdoor collections that span every room in the home—all of which company executives say will exemplify the brand’s
fresh designs.
Running from January 15 through the 19, the Dallas International Lighting Market will be at the Dallas Market Center,
2100 North Stemmons Freeway, and Sea Gull Lighting’s new showroom is #TM-4826. There, Market-goers will also see
Sea Gull Lighting’s latest Ambiance® Lighting Systems products.
“We’ve been very successful by expanding our decorative product selections with a wider choice of styles and
designs,” according to Sea Gull Lighting president Matt Vollmer. “In 2014, we’re going even further by integrating
additional design details, using varying kinds of glass and finishes in our luminaires and adding more ENERGY STAR®qualified and LED products.”
As for Sea Gull Lighting’s new Dallas Market Center showroom and the company’s prospects for 2014, Vollmer said,
“We’ve expanded our staff of region sales managers, customer service representatives, and we recently hired a
showroom/merchandising manager. We’re excited and energized about this coming year and are ready to successfully
serve and support our growing number of showroom customers.” Vollmer added Sea Gull Lighting will also debut its
new catalog in Dallas.

Pendants and Lanterns
The new, masterfully crafted Lazlo Collection by Sea Gull
Lighting has multi-faceted clear or mercury glass (shown)
framed within an octagonal base to create a captivating
appearance. Hanging from uniquely cross-hatched chains, this
four-light indoor pendant is open ended at the top and bottom
to allow for extra illumination. With an Heirloom Bronze finish,
the dimensions for this piece are 31.75” high and 18.25” in
diameter.

Sea Gull Lighting’s new Lazlo four-light pendant shown in a

With a Mediterranean influence, the new Turbinio pendants by
Sea Gull Lighting feature a unique cage-within-a-cage design.
The Wrought Iron finish and enclosed candelabras lend a rustic
feel while providing additional visual interest. This six-light
Turbinio pendant is 31.25” high and 22.25” in diameter. Sea
Gull Lighting will also introduce two other Turbinio sizes: The
largest is 37.75” high and 29.5” in diameter (eight-light), and
the smallest is 21.5” high and 15” in diameter (four-light).

This traditional Lockheart four-light lantern by Sea Gull Lighting
is inspired by horse-and-buggy carriage lights with its clear,
trapezoid-shaped glass framed with an Heirloom Bronze or
Blacksmith (shown) finish. Its dimensions are 23.25” high and
13.75” long and wide. While traditionally placed in entryways
and halls, designers are increasingly using these types of
fixtures to enhance kitchen islands, dining areas and living
rooms. Lockheart also is available in an eight-light version.

Sea Gull Lighting’s new-for-2014 Beacon Street has an overscaled industrial style. The pendant is available in a Burnt
Sienna (near right) or Satin Nickel finish with a modern Painted
White interior. At 14.25” high and 15.75” in diameter, the

versions.
The one-light, mini-pendant from the modern, new Englehorn
Collection from Sea Gull Lighting has as a flawless, solid K9
optic crystal accent atop an Opal glass shade. The dimensions
for this fixture are 9.25” high and 4” in diameter. The Englehorn

Chandeliers
Named after the Italian word for sphere, this six-light chandelier
from the new-for-2014 Sfera Collection from Sea Gull Lighting
is comprised of detailed center bands and rounded, sweeping
curves. The choice of extraordinary painted mercury glass
(shown) or café tint glass adds additional design interest. Rustic
with a modern inspiration, the Collection features a full array of
lighting products including pendants, bath vanities and sconces.
This six-light piece is 32.25” high and 24.5” in diameter. The
Collection is available in ENERGY STAR®-qualified versions.

The nine-light chandelier from the modern, new Englehorn
Collection from Sea Gull Lighting has gently waved, Chromefinished arms topped with flawless solid K9 optic crystal accents
and Opal glass shades. The dimensions for this fixture are
18.75” high and 20” in diameter. The Englehorn Collection has
15 pieces total—from additional chandeliers and flush mounts

The 1960s-inspired Driscoll Collection by Sea Gull Lighting
features eye catching tapered glass and precise lines. Simplicity,
combined with sophisticated bold shades, creates the unique,

Sconces
The warm, dramatic sparkle from mercury glass creates a warm
and inviting light from this one-lamp Blayne Collection sconce
by Sea Gull Lighting. In a Platinum Oak finish, it can be mounted
up or down, and its dimensions are 10.25” high and 6” wide
with an 8.75” extension. The entire collection is available in

Flush Mounts
Part of Sea Gull Lighting’s products for 2014 include new LED
flush mounts offered in half of the brand’s indoor collections—
all available in two sizes (small and medium) and in a choice of
11 different finish and glass combinations. Shown here is the
Northbrook medium LED flush mount in the Heirloom Bronze
and with Satin-Etched glass—part of the new Northbrook
collection—and it’s also available in incandescent ENERGY
STAR®-qualified and fluorescent versions. This fixture is 5.5”

Outdoor
This medium-sized, transitional Bucktown wall lantern by Sea
Gull Lighting is one fixture from a new-for-2014 outdoor
collection—which also includes a small wall, large wall, onelight pendant and two-light flush mount. A metal band accent
complements the fixture’s clean lines and Satin-Etched glass;
finish choices are either a Weathered Pewter or Black (shown).
This particular Bucktown medium-sized outdoor wall lantern is
13.5” high, 6.75” wide and 7.5” deep. The collection is available

The nautically-inspired Sauganash outdoor wall lantern from
Sea Gull Lighting has a three-ring, horizontal cage surrounding a
cylinder of Clear Seeded glass which creates a soft glow. This
larger-sized outdoor wall—one of two—is 16.75” high, 8.5”
wide and 10.75” deep. An extra-large pendant, outdoor post
lantern and two-light outdoor flush mount complete this newfor-2014 collection. With a choice of either an Antique Bronze
(shown) or Black finish, both outdoor Sauganash fixtures are
