The prep sessions for registered ball attendees will be held as shown.
There is a $3 fee payable at each session.

Brunch – Sunday, April 9, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
United Methodist Homes Hilltop Campus Community Room, Deyo Hill Road,
Johnson City, NY. (Directions to the brunch will be available at the Ball.)
Live music and more English Country dancing. Anyone wishing to call a dance (or
two) or sit in as a musician must select this on the registration form.
Details
Dress:
Costume or fancy dress is encouraged but not required.
Clean soft-soled shoes are required.
Registration:
Space is limited to 70 dancers. Registrations will be accepted in the order received,
without regard to gender. Dance instructions and other information will be sent
out upon receipt of registration.
Dinner:
Because of our new location, we will be unable to offer dinner this year. A list of
local restaurants will be sent on request and also be available at the ball.
Hospitality:
We regret that we are unable to offer hospitality this year. A list of area hotels and
motels will be sent when requested on your registration form.
