Requirements: A Facebook Fanpage
How it works:
Your clients will compete by changing their profile pic and posting on Facebook about
your FBBC location to win 1/2 off their next month of boot camp.
Feel free to offer other or more prizes to the participants. You might want to offer a 1st,
2nd and 3rd prize if your clients are going crazy about it.
At the end of the month, you will send your winner to us at FBBC HQ and we will pick
the grand winner and give him/her the $500 grand prize. The winner will also be
feature on a blog post and a press release done by HQ.
Your assistant will keep track of the posts and at the end of the month you will pick the
winner(s) for your location and send the main winner to
[email protected] with the subject line FBBC <LOCATION> Winner.
Your assistant should also pay close attention on the comments of the posts for possible
clients.
Here is how.
Every time that a friend of your client comments on a post that your FBBC is tagged on you
will be notified. Have your assistant “snoop” on the person that comments profile to see if
he/she lives in the area is on your “demographics”. If yes, send that person a private
message thanking her for her support and inviting her to come try your FBBC for free for a
week.

As you know, friendly competition is fun and keeps things fresh and exciting. In fact, as a Fit Body Boot
Camp client you probably compete with yourself… and secretly with the people around you during
workout. Am I right?
And that’s why we came up with a really cool Facebook competition.
We’re going to use Facebook during the month of June to do something really fun and a little competitive
to keep things exciting – And the best part is you could end up winning half off your next month of training
here at Fit Body Boot Camp <CITY> AND you can even win $500 CASH.
Let me explain what we’re doing…
It’s called the Fit Body Facebook Frenzy and it’s a contest to see which of our FBBC clients can get into the
Fit Body Boot Camp spirit the most on Facebook.
The rules are simple: Represent Fit Body Boot Camp on Facebook as much as you can throughout the
month of June and you can win half off your next month of training.
How you ask?

Change your Facebook profile picture to you sporting the Fit Body Boot Camp logo, colors, or
shirt, heck maybe even a tattoo. In fact, each time you change your profile picture to something Fit
Body, you increase your chances of winning.
Upload pictures of you rocking your Fit Body Boot Camp gear around town to your Facebook wall
and increase your chances of winning.
Change your Facebook wall ‘cover photo’ and increase your chance of winning.
Post any of the four prewritten Facebook comments that I’ll provide you on your Facebook wall
and increase your chances of winning.
Basically, get as creative as you want… get funny, get wild, get sassy, and represent Fit Body Boot Camp on
Facebook throughout the month of June and you can win half off your next month of training.
And, if you’re the winner here at our location, then you will qualify become a finalist for the $500 cash
grand prize that will be given away by Fit Body Boot Camp corporate.

On July 1st we’ll be selecting the local winner of the Fit Body Facebook Frenzy contest. The winner will get
half off their training fee for the month of July.
The winner from our FBBC location automatically becomes a finalist for the Fit Body Boot Camp
worldwide contest and qualifies to win the $500 cash prize given away by the folks are FBBC
headquarters in Chino Hills, California.
They’ll be announcing the winner of the $500 cash prize on Monday July 8th. And if that winner is you, then
you’ll be getting $500 bucks in the mail along with being published in the FBBC July global media press
release, and on their blog.
Now, to help us keep track of who is posting what, all we ask is that each time you update a picture, or
change your profile pic, or your Facebook cover picture that you “tag” us so that we can keep track of
things. Our Facebook fan page is <YOUR FACEBOOK FAN PAGE LINK>.
So as you can see, this is going to be a fun contest and the rules are very simple… get creative and
represent Fit Body Boot Camp on your Facebook wall (and tag us in it) throughout the month of June and
