HOW IT WORKS
ENTRANCE
Minipark is an innovative, versatile off street parking solution, perfect for
managing different user groups.
MiniPark integrates vehicle sensors, automatic number plate
recognition (ANPR) cameras and barriers on entry/exit lanes.
Motorists are required to pay before exiting the car park via
online account:

CHOICE OF PAYMENT
A vehicle stops in front of the entrance, just before
the barrier.
MiniPark is enabled to accept multiple payment methods as
Parking Operators move towards ticketless solutions.
The sensor detects its presence and a dedicated camera
automatically recognises and records the number plate,
the date and time of entry.
3 simple ways to pay:
The remote management system captures the data
provided by the camera and enters it into the database.
If already registered, the subscriber’s membership
information and reservation data are added.
Online account – Set-up an account online for automatic
parking payments.
Payment machine – Pay at machine using contactless,
Chip & PIN or cash.
Mobile payments – Pay with your mobile phone or tablet
using the Whoosh! app.
The entrance barrier rises allowing the driver access to the
car park. The barrier lowers automatically, once a vehicle
passes the safety sensor.
Terminal – choose from our StradaPAL or Galexio parking
payment machine., mobile phone APP or by using our
Galexio or StradaPAL parking terminal
A scalable, flexible and versatile parking system which can be
remotely managed. The system uses a dedicated web-based
module, which is integrated with Parkeon’s well-renowned
Parkfolio centralised management solution.

Paying for parking via Whoosh! offers the motorist
more convenience, providing a cashless way to pay
for parking by smart device, avoiding payment
queues at parking payment terminals.

Parkeon has developed an online ‘white label’ parking
payments portal, which enables operators to create
their own payments website, branded to their specific
requirements.
This enables frequent users to register vehicle details
and authorise automatic debits via card or bank
accounts linked to car park usage.
