CLEANING
IT IS USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SAFE AND PROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
• Wipe the bike carrier with a damp cloth and mild detergent after every use and before storage.
Improper attachment or misuse of the bike carrier may damage the bike carrier, bicycles loaded on the carrier, the
vehicle carrying the carrier, or vehicles moving behind, and may result in HAZARDOUS situations due to possible
collision or swerving of the vehicle.
STORAGE
WARNING
• Fold the rack arm to enable easy and compact storage.
• Do not use the bike carrier for off-road purposes.
•Do not load tandems or recumbents on this bike carrier.
•Do not install this bike carrier on a trailer or other towed vehicles.
• Install this bike carrier on a vehicle having a complete roof rack system with cross bars.
•Inspect the bike carrier before and after loading the bicycles for damaged or missing components. If
problems are detected, discontinue use and seek repair or replacement parts prior to use.
•Check for tightness of the straps at regular intervals, as the bicycle may shift during travel. Inspect
more frequently when travelling on bumpy roads.
•Do not wash the vehicle or use an automated car wash while the bike carrier is mounted on the
vehicle.
• Store the bike carrier indoors and in a cool, dry place.
NEVER EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY OF THE BIKE CARRIER.
WEIGHT LIMIT: 45 lb (20 kg).
CAUTION
Some vehicles may not support the bike carrier.
This bike carrier is designed in such a way that the paint of vehicle will not be damaged if the carrier
is properly mounted on the vehicle.
• Always secure the bicycle to the bike carrier using the wheel straps.
• Never load more than one bicycle (45 lb [20 kg]) on the bike carrier.
•Do not use worn or damaged straps.
• To prolong the life of the bike carrier, remove it from the vehicle when not in use.

This product has a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in

warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
shall not exceed in duration the term of limited warranty. In no event shall the manufacturer or the
distributor be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Align holes at the end of one of the wheel trays (H)
with the corresponding holes at the opposite end
on the other wheel tray (H). Insert screws (L) into
the aligned holes and secure using the flat
washers (K) and nylon lock nuts (M). Tighten them
using a wrench and screwdriver (not included).

bottom of rack arm (G). Insert the screws (L)
into the aligned holes and secure using the flat

Slide the wheel stops (A) onto the wheel tray (H)
from each end of the wheel trays with the low, cut
end of the wheel stop facing towards the centre of
the wheel tray.

Insert free end of the wheel strap (B) into the
wheel stop (A) and wind the strap around the
wheel tray. Lock the strap end into its buckle (1).
Repeat for the second wheel stop.

Fit the hand knobs (E) on the threaded ends of the
U-bolts. Hand-tighten the knobs.

Align holes of the roof rack plate (C) and metal
clamping plate (D) with corresponding holes at the
rear portion of wheel tray (H).

Fit the end caps (I) to both ends of the wheel tray,
inserting the wheel tray into the inner pocket of the
end caps.
Note: It is recommended to execute step 10 through
12 on page 8 to test-fit the bicycle on the carrier
prior to mounting. Adjust the carrier accordingly by
relocating the rack arm position along the wheel tray
(see step 2), if necessary, prior to completing step 6.

Note: Make sure the rear roof rack cross bar (3)
of the vehicle roof rack system (not included) is
clamped between the roof rack plate and clamping
plate.

Place the assembled carrier on the roof rack of the
vehicle. Secure the rack arm (G) to the front roof rack
cross bar (2) of the vehicle roof rack system (not
included) by inserting U-bolts (F) into corresponding
holes at the four corners of the rack arm base plate.

Insert bolts (J) into the aligned holes so as to
secure the roof rack plate, metal clamping plate
and wheel tray with the rear roof rack cross bar. Fit
the hand knobs (E) on the bolt ends. Hand-tighten
the knobs.

Unlock the open locking mechanism (4) of the rack
arm using key (N) (included). Pull the jaws (5) of the
rack arm apart.

Push the jaws (5) towards each other so
that the bicycle frame is firmly secured. If
the jaw opening requires adjustment, rotate
the open locking mechanism (4) to expand
or contract the jaw opening, ensuring a tight
and secured fit to the bicycle frame when
closed. Lock the locking mechanism using
the key (N).

Place the bicycle on the bike carrier in such a way
that the bicycle downtube (6) is placed between the
jaws (5) of the rack arm.

Secure the tires (6) of the bicycle with the
wheel tray using the wheel straps (B).

Note: Make sure the wheel stops (A) are
ahead of the front tire and behind the rear tire.
Note: Ensure the wheel straps are around
the bicycle tires and wheel trays to avoid
movement of the bicycle.

Align the rack arm (G) at an angle of 90° with
respect to the bicycle down tube (6).
Note: In case of misalignment, adjust the rack
arm location along the wheel tray so as to achieve
the correct installation. For detailed information on
adjustment, refer step 2 on page 5.
Note: If test-fitting a bicycle prior to mounting,
return to step 2 to readjust the rack arms if
necessary, or return to step 6 to mount the rack to
the vehicle.

CAUTION:
• Check for tightness of the straps at regular intervals, as the straps may loosen
and the bicycle may shift during travel. Inspect more frequently when travelling
on bumpy roads.
• Remove the bike carrier from the vehicle when not in use to avoid
