ETAP: LED solutions for all applications
LEDs are increasingly putting their stamp on the lighting market and that is no coincidence. It is an
innovative light source, which offers an energy-efficient and ecological alternative to traditional lighting.
In 2003 ETAP was one of the first manufacturers to introduce LEDs in emergency lighting. Today we
achieve the long-anticipated breakthrough in the use of LEDs for general lighting. With the launch
of no fewer than five new product series, ETAP offers a fully fledged and complete LED range for all
applications. To this end our engineers developed the LED+LENSTM technology: high-power LEDs with
individual lenses, which combine maximum lighting comfort with high energy efficiency.
In addition, ETAP also takes the lead in the application of OLEDs, with a concept design of emergency
luminaires.
Just as for our familiar range, we will also offer a five-year warranty on these new products. Evidence
that ETAP is more than ever convinced of the unique quality of its products.

Five-year warranty
From now on ETAP will offer a 5-year warranty on nearly all its products. A clear message that we make no allowances
when it comes to quality.
We are able to offer this five-year warranty as a result of our constant quality control, which starts with the stringent
selection of our suppliers. We have the knowledge and lab infrastructure to check components and durability, and to tweak
the design in order to maximise lifespan.
During the production and assembly of our luminaires we also apply the toughest quality requirements, which results in
equipment that – as we know from experience - effortlessly reaches and exceeds the five-year warranty period.
The warranty extension from 2 to 5 years applies to all luminaires (LED and fluorescent), all emergency lighting and
batteries in autonomous emergency lighting. The same warranty also applies to control systems such as ESM, EBS and ELM
provided the customer buys a maintenance contract from ETAP.
With this warranty policy, ETAP, more than ever, puts its customers centre stage.
