What Southern States Bank cards can I add to Apple Pay?
Apple Pay will work with any Southern States Bank VISA Debit card.
What devices are eligible for Apple Pay?
iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus (Apple Pay in stores and within apps)
iPad Air™ 2 or iPad mini™ 3 (Apple Pay within apps)
The above devices must have:
iOS 8.1 or later
United States as the selected region
Touch ID or passcode on the device

How do I enroll my Southern States Bank VISA Debit card?
Enroll your Southern States Bank VISA Debit card in a few easy steps:
1. Open Settings on your eligible Apple device.
2. Select “Passbook & Apple Pay” then “Add a new Credit or Debit Card.”
If you’re already using Apple Pay, swipe down and tap the + sign at the top right, then select “Add
Another Card.”
3. Tap the camera icon and take a picture of your card to automatically enter your card information or
type it in manually. Enter the security code found on the back of your card and fill in any remaining
information.
Can I use more than one Southern States Bank VISA Debit card with Apple Pay?
Yes, you can enroll up to eight cards with Apple Pay. To choose your default card, go to the Settings app
in your Apple device, select Passbook and select which card you’d like to be the default.
Can I add my Southern States Bank VISA Debit card to Apple Pay on multiple
devices?
Yes, you can add multiple Southern States Bank VISA debit and credit cards to Apple Pay on multiple
eligible devices.
What if I don't have an Apple device?
Apple Pay is currently available only for the eligible Apple devices noted above.
Why am I being asked to verify my Southern States Bank VISA Debit card?
To complete the enrollment process, Apple Pay required your account to have additional verification. To
verify your card, contact the bank at 256-241-1092 or your local branch. Once your information is verified,
you should receive a Passbook notification that your card is ready for Apple Pay. Additionally, you will
receive a confirmation letter Southern States Bank.
