Thank you for your inquiry. Congratulations on your upcoming
special day! We know that your wedding day can be the busiest time
in your life, so we have created a couple of packages for you to choose
from. A new three hour package was added this year for those on a
tight budget and can even book during our peak season! (time of
wedding is negotiated and not available for those dates already
booked). We can also customize for you a personal package using
our Romance Package, which is our basic package, and adding
vendors to fit your wedding needs.
If you have family traveling in or would like to make a family weekend
out of your event, Three Falls Cove is a 5 star Bed and Breakfast as
recommended by Trip Adviser.com. and Bed and Breakfast.com. We
are located down in the canyons with breathtaking views of nature and
water. The Lodge, known for hosting many receptions, has five
rooms for overnight accommodations. Included in all our overnight
accommodations are the use of the pond for swimming. Fishing in our
spring fed stocked pond requires a $10 per person fishing fee. Paddle
boating or row boating requires a $10 per day boat rental fee.
Amongst the 43 acres of rolling hills and wildflowers at Three Falls
Cove is two miles of hiking trails for your guest’s enjoyment.

The Romance Package is our basic package. You may choose this
package and add vendors to create the perfect wedding package for you.
We highly recommend and stand behind our professional vendors as
they have worked with us since 2003. See next page for our full
vendor list.
The Storybook Package is a full service wedding equipped with a full
service professional staff to accommodate all your needs for the busy
day. This package works well for those who are working and time is
precious to them. Let our professional staff do all the work for you.
As a free service, included with any type of event, we offer the
transportation of handicap people to the ceremony site. We care about
your guests needs and we will do everything possible to make sure their
visit is pleasant and enjoyable.
All booked weddings have access to the beautiful Three Falls Cove
grounds and Vineyards for taking their bridal portraits and engagement
pictures at no extra costs to them, appointment is needed.
We require a signed Three Falls Cove Contract and $500 to book. Six
months prior to the wedding date, we require another installment of
$750, with the remaining balance paid thirty days before your wedding
date. All payments are non-refundable due to cancellation.
We understand how wedding expenses can add up, so we are happy to
accept Mastercard or Visa with a 5% convenience service fee.
VENDORS LIST
Prices below are based on 100 people and are subject to change.
Cake – Professional bride’s and groom’s wedding cakes made to your
specifications. Package prices are based on a bride’s white cake and a
groom’s chocolate cake. Additional charges may apply for certain
flavors. A picture of the cake is required. Delivery is included. Also
included in the package are mints, nuts, white napkins, forks, plates,
cups and punch. (Add $60 for chocolate covered strawberries around
groom’s cake and $60 for fresh flowers for topper and flowers around
cake as well as bottom of cake)$700
Live Pianist - Plays a variety of wedding music and very flexible with
playing all your desires of music. He plays 30 minutes before the
ceremony as your guests are arriving and during the wedding. $450
Add an extra $100 for rehearsal and travel.
Decorating –THERE IS NOT ONE WEDDING THAT LOOKS
ALIKE. All our decorating is custom designed by your liking. Don’t
worry we have bunches of pictures for ideas! We decorate the wedding
ceremony site with ivy, baskets of flowers, misc toile, shepherd sticks
with flowers down the aisle, miscellaneous lights and flowers. We also
decorate the reception site with floating candles or lanterns for the
table decorations accented with lots of ivy, toile and flowers. There is
lots of ivy around mantel, miscellaneous green plants around
fireplace, candles. The cake tables are decorated with ivy and candles.
All our flowers are silk and are matched as close as possible to your
color. $700 for up to 150 guests. $950 for over 150 guests.
Photographer - Professional photographer takes 300 (4x6) pictures
and puts them in an album for you. He provides a full service wedding
photography with the option of ordering more pictures for family
members and friends. For more information please go to

Catering - All you can eat barbeque buffet, plates, napkins, serving
ware, coffee, tea, water, set up with silver chafing dishes and
greenery. Our week begins on Tuesday by soaking the brisket in our
special spices. We mesquite smoke the meat all day on Friday, Friday
night and most of the day on Saturday, and it's ready to serve on
Saturday evening. We compliment it with a baked potato bar which
includes cheese, sour cream, butter, bacon and chives. A spring mixed
salad with two kinds of dressing, garlic green beans and our
homemade Texas Steakhouse rolls. $16 per plate. (we also offer a
finger food menu at the same price)
Disc Jockey - Plays a variety of different music to your liking. Makes
announcements as you request. Arrives an hour before the wedding to
set up, and plays after the wedding until midnight. Price includes his
travel from Amarillo, set up and take down. $550
Extras.......
Chocolate fountain - We provide the fountain, chocolate, and a mound
of strawberries. $175
Cabin - Cabin is a popular place for the wedding couple to stay the
night before they go off to their destination. The cabin has a large
whirlpool tub, queen bed, fireplace and a small kitchenette. See picture
on website. $175
Night before wedding Lodge rental- This works great for those who
are traveling or need the extra family time. You may also use it to host
a rehearsal dinner. Includes the use of our kitchen, tables and chairs.
You would check in on Friday at 3 p.m. check out 11a.m. the next
morning AND rent the second night at a special discount. (See pricing
below). Our rates are based on double occupancy of the 5 bedroom
Lodge which is 10 people and $12 per person after that, with a
maximum of 16 overnight guests. $800
Night of wedding Lodge rental- The 5 bedroom Lodge rate is based on
double occupancy (10 people), and there is a $12 per person after that,
with a maximum of 16 overnight guests. $700 (individual room rental
varies from $125-175)
Brunch – Fresh fruit trays with fruit dip, vegetable trays with vegetable
dip, ham croissants, chips and dip, quiche, cereals, muffins with butter
and homemade jams, juice, milk, coffee $15 per person
Officiate- Justice of Peace or Local Pastor $150

Cove and Vineyards. I have been married for 23years to a wonderful
man, Kirk Weatherford, who built my dream. I love what I do and it is
