Hold Harmless and Indemnification
I hereby agree to INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, and HOLD HARMLESS the Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce
and the Officers, Directors, Sponsors, Agents, Leagues, and Employees of this entity from and against any and all
rights, actions, causes of action, suits, losses, damages, judgments, claims, claims of liabilities, cost and expenses of
any kind as well as attorney’s fees and court costs at trial and on appeal, of whatsoever kind or nature to which
these entities and individuals may be subjected to as a result of any death, personal injury or damage to property
arising in any manner from my direct or indirect participation in the Festival on Wheels Car Sale & Airport Expo,
including any such rights, actions, causes of action, suits, losses, damages, judgments, claims, and claims of liabilities arising out of or resulting from the negligence of these entities or any of their agents, servants, employees or
any independent contractors acting on their behalf. I further agree that this Hold Harmless Agreement shall apply in
the event I am disabled, injured, or incur disease of a temporary or permanent nature while participating in, or die
as a result of participating in, this activity regardless of the cause, including negligence of the above entities, their
agents, servants, employees or independent contractors.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement has been delivered in the County of Lake, State of Florida and shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of Florida and venue for any action arising from this agreement shall be Lake County, Florida. This
Agreement may not be modified or amended nor shall any provision of it be waived except by a writing signed by
the parties.
In signing this application, the undersigned parties hereby represent and warrant that they are duly authorized representatives of the person or entity for which they sign and legally entitled to enter binding contracts on its behalf;
that they have read this entire document; that they understand the terms and provisions of this document; that they
know this document will affect their legal rights and/or those of the person or entity they represent; and that they
have signed this document knowingly and voluntarily.

GENERAL APPLICATION
EVENT SPECIFICS
The Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce will
host the Festival on Wheels Car Sale & Airport
Expo on October 20 through October 22, 2016 at the
Leesburg International Airport. This event will take
place on the runway with car sales, helicopter rides,
an antique plane show, and many other activities.
This three day community event will allow area
residents to enjoy a family friendly atmosphere
while seeing a variety of new lines of vehicles from
local dealerships.
WHY A CAR SHOW?
Car shows are important to the community
because of the enthusiasm they generate for new
cars. Even people who wouldn't necessarily be ready
to trade in their older models see a new model, fall
in love with it, and the decision process begins.
Dealers who are onsite offering drives at the auto
show will experience an influx of potential new
customers in the weeks following.
Car shows are designed to be exciting. They bring
car enthusiasts together in a social environment and
allow them to reflect on all kinds of information
about the cars that searching the internet would take
hours to do.
In the weeks after a car show, people begin to
really think about the cars they've seen and decide
they'd like to test drive the ones they were most
interested in.
For vendors car shows are an opportunity to sell
products or services to a group of event attendees
who come ready to experience something unique.
With a solid targeted marketing plan and a history of
great event turnout, we hope your participation will
be mutually beneficial. By offering your services to
event guests we look forward to a robust bottom
line for you and your desire to return for future
events hosted by the Leesburg Area Chamber of
Commerce.
VENDOR RULES
The Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce is the
responsible party for all food and beverage
concessions at this event. If you have questions, you
may call our office at 352-787-2131. In order to
ensure the safety and security of our event guests
and your fellow vendors the following policies have
been established:
1. Vendors must be current members of the
Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
2. You must carry liability insurance (worth one
million dollars) while serving as a vendor with
this event. In order to participate you must add
the Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce as an
additional insured and submit a copy of a
certificate of insurance. The Deadline to file is
October 3, 2016.
3. This application does not allow the sale of any
consumable food product. Please use the
appropriate application if you intend to sell food.
4. All products and services on your application
will be reviewed. You will receive a
confirmation letter of your accepted, products. If
you are selling a product, Only those items
approved will be allowed to be sold. Selling any
item that has not been approved will result in
your immediate dismissal.
5. The Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce will
not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or
damaged equipment, or injury or death of
persons.
6. If your application is approved, the set-up time
and your space assignment will be sent to you.
7. The Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce
reserves full right of acceptance or refusal of
vendors and their assigned locations.
8. Electricity will be provided at no charge to your
location only if you have provided advanced
notice.
9. You must provide your own set-up (tent, table,
chairs, etc.).
10. Vendors will keep their space and adjacent areas
clean and attractive at all times.
11. Walk / service areas must not be blocked.
12. If selling items, all prices must be visible to the
public and must include sales tax. You are
responsible for collecting and reporting all
Florida sales tax.
13. Your booth must be manned the entire length of
your commitment. No early tear downs.
14. Vendors may not resell space allocated.
15. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees
paid to date.
16. Vendors shall be responsible for damage caused
by him or her to buildings and ground.
Excessive debris left in the vendor’s space shall
be subject to clean up charges.
17. Vendors will be expected to conduct themselves
in a clean, courteous, and professional manner.
18. This is a community event. Please, no cut-off
shorts, tank or tube tops, flip-flop shoes, or tshirts with offensive language.
