ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST The following checklist includes the steps that must occur in order to reserve your scholar(s) seat and secure your scholar(s) seat by completing the enrollment process for the 2016/2017 school year. Please note the dates which all steps must be completed. STEPS 1 & 2 Reserve Your Seat 1. Completed enrollment application – 1 form/per child required 2. $100.00/per child registration fee with the completed enrollment application – returned to Miss Penny in the front office. STEPS 3 – 6 Complete the Enrollment Process and Secure Your Seat In order to complete the enrollment process and secure your seat for 2016/2017, the requirements below must be met. Once all requirements are fully met, your enrollment is complete. 3. April 1, 2016 through June 1, 2016 Financial Aid Application Submission $34 processing fee must be paid directly to TADS in order to complete this step Financial Aid will be awarded on June 30 4. July 31, 2016 10% of the agreed upon 2016/2017 school year tuition must be paid to Grace Lutheran School (Check or Cash to Miss Penny in the front office) This 10% deposit will be credited to your final 2017 tuition payment and is nonrefundable 5. August 23, 2016 Online TADS setup must be completed Set up is online – you will be notified by TADS via email and will be given a secure password to get started TADS will provide the payment options available for selection Select the payment installment plan for your family to create the agreement for the school year
