This course will enable the students to comprehend the main points of clear standard input on
familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. It helps students to deal with
most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. It leads
them to produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
Students will be able to describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and
briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Course Description: “ Council of Europe Level B1. 1 “ level structures and contextualised examples of target grammar
and lexis. Different types of texts that consist everyday and job-related language. Exercises on common phoneme
problems as well as aspects of stres and elision. Listening texts of various genres .Speaking skill activities for fluency
development. Experiment in the production of tasks in a variety of genres ( e.g. stories, reports, emails, magazin articles,
etc. )
