Easy Convenient
Identify yourself using one of the following three options:
• Debit/ATM Card Number and Pin used at the ATM machine
• Account Number and Password (if you don’t have a password set up for Chase By Phone, after entering your account number you will be prompted to enter your Debit Card & PIN, then you can select a password) • User ID and Password (a personalized User ID can be set up by a Customer Service Specialist) • Chase By Phone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any phone. Just think – you can bank from your office, home and even your car.
• Use the last four digits of your account number, or 2­digit account codes, when selecting accounts. Press *8 to hear a list of accounts & corresponding account codes.
• To customize your 2­digit account codes or change the order of your account balances
that play automatically at the beginning of your call, press 0 at any time to speak with a Customer Service Specialist.
