AFTER YOU’VE CONNECTED YOUR ROUTER....
You will need to set-up your wireless network. To do this, first, open up your Network Settings (usually located
in the lower right corner of your screen by the time and date).
If you have a router we provided...On the list of available networks, find the SSID of the router, which can be
found on the label we placed on the router. This label also has your key, username, and password for accessing
our network.
If you have your own router...Search for your router’s SSID, which should have been provided with your router
along with a password. Once you have filled in the necessary fields, you will have to contact us to provide MAC
authentication. *THIS MUST BE DONE IN ORDER TO ACCESS OUR WIRELESS NETWORK, AND NEEDS
TO BE DONE ANY TIME YOU USE A NEW ROUTER.* For this and any other troubleshooting or connection
issues, please call us at 1-800-278-8936 (Option 3).
