IN-GAME SCOREBOARD MESSAGE APPLICATION
Each season the San Diego Chargers provide fans with an opportunity to send a fun or special message to
friends or loved ones. These opportunities are strictly limited and proposed scoreboard messages are
accepted only by written application submitted in advance. There is no guarantee that your application will
be accepted for the game requested due to timing or volume of requests. If we do not post your message,
your check will be returned to you.
APPLICATION
Please be sure to return both sheets of the application – incomplete applications will not be considered.
By signing below, the Applicant (your name) _____________________________________ confirms the
understanding that he or she is applying for one (1) in-game Scoreboard message during the Chargers
home game against _____________________, played at Qualcomm Stadium at a time to be determined by
the Chargers. The message may contain up to 100 characters – including spaces and punctuation - and will
run one time only.
The applicant further understands that the text of the message shall be in good taste and in conformance
with community standards of decency and subject to the approval of the Chargers. The Chargers shall have
the right to edit the message or require changes or deletions, including the right to disapprove of the message in its entirety. If the application is approved, the applicant will receive a confirmation e-mail stating the
approximate time on the game clock the message will be posted.
In consideration for the message, purchaser will submit payment, at time of application, payable to the
Chargers Community Foundation in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00).
