Hard Hats must be worn at all times including all Novelty classes
Please Note – It is not the Secretaries or the Judges responsibility to ensure competitors reach
their classes on time, it is at the Judges discretion if late entries are allowed to enter ring
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1
Owners entering their horses do so entirely at their own risk and it is a condition of entry that
no liability of any kind attaches itself to Carnwath Agricultural Society.
2
No exhibitor may enter and compete an animal under a judge who is known to have sold, bred
or produced the animal.
3
Colts, 2 year old and over must be bitted and handled by an attendant 16 years and over
4
The JUDGES and Secretaries decision is FINAL in all matters.
5
Any disputes shall be decided by the Show Committee whose decision is final and binding in all
Parties. All protests must be lodged in writing with the Secretary and the sum of 15.00 which
will be forfeited if the protest is not upheld.
