PRESIDENT
FUNCTION
Preside at meetings of the Executive Board, Board of Directors and general
meetings of the District. Represent the membership at the District level.

Review District 10 Board of Directors meeting minutes and financial
reports for accuracy.
Represents the membership at the District level and attend District 10
sponsored events.
Receive correspondence from State office and other Districts, etc. and
ensure appropriate disbursement to District 10 Board of Directors.
Represent District 10 at the annual CPRS District/Section Summit.
Sit on Awards and Citations planning committee.
Sit on Awards and Installation Banquet planning committee.
Preside over the District 10 Board Transition meeting in April.

FUNCTION
Serve as a voting member on the District 10 Board of Directors and
Executive Board. Interact with the President and provide support for the
office in preparation for assuming the responsibilities of the Presidency.

PAST PRESIDENT
FUNCTION
Serve as a voting member on the District 10 Board of Directors and
Executive Board. Serve in an advisory capacity to the President.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Chair monthly District 10 Board of Directors meetings and, in the
absence of the President, presides over meetings of the District 10
Board, Executive Board and District Meetings.

Assist President with the administration of the District 10 Board of
Directors.
Serve as Chair of the Nominations and Bylaws Committees. Facilitate

FUNCTION
Serve as a voting member on the District 10 Board of Directors and
Executive Board and serve as District 10 liaison between District 10 Board of
Directors and State Board through the Region 5 Representative.

FUNCTION
Prepare, record and distribute District 10 Board Correspondence and
publications. Serve as a voting member on the District 10 Board of
Directors.
RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTION

Receive and disburse all District funds on approval of the District 10

FUNCTION
Chair Program Committee and assume responsibility for coordinating all
General Membership Meetings and District programs. Serve as a voting
