I will be grateful if you would print out one copy of the attached Agreement, which is made under the
terms and conditions of the Commercial Resources Framework, and then sign and return via the BMS
system to me to acknowledge the formation of our contract renewal. For this purpose we enclose the
following documents which will form the basis of the contract renewal by the Department.

You are required to complete Section One and provide the details indicated in the Supplier Response
Form.
Your acceptance of the Contract Renewal should be submitted using the Business Management System
before the date and time shown on the Business Management System.
A quote response will be required in order to successfully respond to this tender. The quote entered on
BMS should be for the total value of contract. Please use the ‘Create a Quote’ function on BMS.

The details provided in your original ‘Supplier Response Form’, are outlined in Section Two – Scope of
Work; Renewal Details. Confirmation of your agreement to continue providing the services as stated, is

conditions and obligations under the original contract period remain current.
Please note that the Department is making no commitment at this stage to award a contract.

3. RACE RELATIONS
3.1
The Contractor shall in performing the Contract comply with the Authority's obligations under
Section 71(1) of the Race Relations Act 1976 (as amended) as if the Contractor were a body to which the
provisions of section 71(1) applies.
3.2
The Contractor shall monitor the representation of different racial groups among its employees
having regard to the Authority's procedures for monitoring representation among its own employees.
4. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
4.1
The key performance indicators for this Contract shall include, as a minimum: delivery of
the deliverables as stated above or as stated by the Client.
