BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF GUAM:

Section 1. §28202(a) Article 2, Chapter 28 of Title 17, Guam Code Annotated is

hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

"§28202 Benefits.

Students entitled to awards pursuant

Tuition and Fees at University of Guam. Tuition
academic year to be paid by the Student Financial Assistance Fund for a
period of not more than four (4) years in an undergraduate program

Assistance Fund shall be equal to the remaining balance of a recipient's

(b) Stipend. Award recipients are entitled to a monthly stipend to be

disbursed in nine (9) monthly installments during the academic year,

Year and Second Year Students: Three Hundred( $300.00)
Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars per month.

(2) Third Year and Fourth Year Students: Five Hundred ($500.00)

Allowance for Textbooks: Each student receiving an award under this

Article shall be entitled to an additional Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00)
